In January 1996, E.B. Horsman & Son’s quality system was officially recognized as meeting the requirements of the ISO 9001, international standard for quality assurance. The current scope of registration includes our Head Office and Distribution Center located in Campbell Heights, and our Surrey Sales Branch, Data Communications, Projects Division, and Process, Automation & Controls Division located in Surrey.
We feel that our ISO 9001, registration best exemplifies our commitment to servicing our customers, strengthening our relationships with our electrical suppliers, and building the internal mechanisms necessary to ensure that we are the Electrical Distributor of Choice entering the twenty-first century.
