Alfredo Balaguera, New Alberta Distribution Centre Manager

EB Horsman & Son is pleased to announce the appointment of Alfredo Balaguera as Manager of our Alberta Distribution Centre.

Alfredo joined EB Horsman in the Surrey Branch as a Material Handler and quickly established himself as a dedicated and valued team member. He later transitioned to the Distribution Centre Administration Team at our Distribution Centre in BC before taking on the role of Receiving Supervisor, where he demonstrated strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement across our distribution operations.

Throughout his time with EB Horsman, Alfredo has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams, optimize processes, and support operational excellence. His analytical mindset, collaborative approach, and commitment to developing those around him have made a positive impact across our organization.

In his new role as Manager of our Alberta Distribution Centre, Alfredo will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations while supporting continued growth, operational excellence, and team development. His leadership will help strengthen our distribution network and ensure we continue delivering exceptional service to our branches, customers, and vendor partners.

Alfredo’s appointment reflects his dedication, experience, and ongoing contributions to EB Horsman & Son. His leadership will play an important role in supporting our operations and advancing our commitment to service excellence.
