Announcing: Bobby Toor & Paul Higgins, New Alberta & Saskatchewan PAC Territory Managers
EB Horsman is pleased to announce Bobby Toor as the new Northern Alberta, Northeast BC, and Saskatchewan PAC Territory Manager, and Paul Higgins as the new Southern Alberta and Southeast BC PAC Territory Manager.
Bobby Toor will be taking on an expanded leadership role, supporting the PAC product portfolio across Northern Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Northeast BC, with a specific focus on Process and Instrumentation. He will also lead the Process Instrumentation strategy for Alberta, working closely with the Director of Industrial Sales.
With over 20 years of industry experience, Bobby brings a strong blend of technical expertise and sales leadership to this role. He holds a background in Industrial Instrumentation Technology and Power Engineering from SAIT. Prior to joining EB Horsman, Bobby spent five years at Orbis Engineering performing high-voltage testing on GSU transformers, MV switchgear, and conducting hipot testing. He also brings over 2 decades of experience with Siemens Instrumentation, with a strong background in both technical sales and customer account management.
Paul Higgins brings over 20 years of industry experience and has been a valued member of the EB Horsman team since 2018. He began his career at Measurement & Controls Ltd., where he built a strong foundation in inside sales, purchasing, order entry, and shipping & receiving. For the past 15 years, Paul has excelled in outside sales, developing deep technical knowledge and strong customer relationships.
With a background in Instrumentation from SAIT, Paul brings valuable knowledge and expertise to support and grow PAC operations across Southern Alberta and Southeast BC. In his new role, he will lead the Calgary PAC and ISG team and work closely with Bobby Toor to support Automation and Controls initiatives across Alberta and Saskatchewan.
