EB Horsman’s 125-Year Legacy: Spotlight on our Langley Branch

As part of our 125th anniversary celebration, we’re proud to highlight our Langley branch. This dedicated team has been serving customers with experience, consistency, and passion for decades. Opened in 1981, the Langley branch originally started on the other side of town before relocating in the 1990s to its current location. Today, the branch is managed by Val Tolea and supported by a strong team of 15 employees. Langley is known for its strong presence in the industrial sector while also supporting commercial and residential customers across the region.

Giving back is part of the Langley branch’s core values. The team raises money annually for BC Children’s Hospital and the local food bank. Over the years, they’ve organized many community-focused events including pancake breakfasts, customer appreciation meals, vendor counter days, and park cleanups. Last summer, they partnered with Lutron to bring a food truck to the branch and continue to host BBQ lunches with supplier partners. These events build connection and show appreciation for the local community.

One memorable story from the Langley branch is that a customer used EB Horsman as the distributor for the wire used in building Michael Bublé’s house. The Langley team also brings a combined 188 years of experience with EB Horsman. That level of knowledge and commitment is evident in every customer interaction.
