EB Horsman & Son Is Now Open in Grande Prairie

A new local source for electrical, industrial and automation products and solutions, bringing $10 million in local inventory and the strength of a Canadian-owned Western Canadian network to Grande Prairie.

EB Horsman & Son is pleased to announce the opening of our new Grande Prairie branch on September 16, 2026, bringing more electrical and industrial products, technical expertise and local support to Grande Prairie and the Peace Region.

Located at 9036 108 Street, the new branch gives industrial customers, contractors, and businesses a local source for electrical products and specialized solutions.

Our Grande Prairie branch has a strong industrial focus, with local inventory selected to support the specialized needs of Northern Alberta’s industries. The branch also carries a broad range of electrical products for commercial, residential and construction needs, making it a local source for electrical supplies across the Grande Prairie community.

Key product categories include heat trace, connectors, cable tray and fittings, enclosures, industrial lighting, process instrumentation, industrial automation and controls, wire duct, and electrical distribution.

Customers will also have local access to products and solutions from key manufacturers including Crouse-Hinds, Thermon, ABB, Panduit, Siemens Motor Control & Process Instrumentation, Rittal, and Weidmüller.

Beyond product supply, customers can connect with our specialized teams for automation, controls and motion; process instrumentation; lighting; data communications; industrial services; and major projects.

The Grande Prairie branch is backed by an investment of approximately $10 million in local inventory, helping customers get the products they need faster and closer to home.

Local stock is supported by two Canadian distribution centres and a 21-branch network that shares more than $55 million in inventory across over 65,000 stocked SKUs throughout Western Canada. This connected network provides access to additional products and next-day branch replenishment on many items, helping get products where they are needed, when they are needed.

Combined with 99.9% inventory accuracy and ISO 9001:2015 verified quality processes, customers can count on accurate orders and reliable delivery when timing matters.
