The Vernon branch of EB Horsman & Son has been serving customers in the Okanagan and surrounding regions since 1959. With over 65 years of local service, the branch is led by Interior BC District Manager James O’Kane and supported by a team of 15 experienced staff. Known for their technical expertise, customer focus, and strong product availability, the Vernon team continues to be a trusted partner for industrial, commercial, and residential customers.

TThe Vernon team stands out for its deep product knowledge, commitment to going the extra mile, and a “never say no” attitude. The strength of this branch comes from the people behind the counter. Over the years, four employees have retired after more than 30 years of service each, including Pat Wheatcroft, who dedicated an impressive 48 years to the company. This legacy of loyalty and experience continues to shape the branch today. Additionally, customers rely on the team for quick, reliable solutions, supported by a wide product mix that includes:

As a regional hub for specialty products, Vernon has also gone above and beyond by establishing its own dedicated shipping lane to the northern region. This ensures timely delivery and a high level of customer service to remote areas.
