Sumeet Sodhi, New British Columbia Regional Vice President

EB Horsman & Son is pleased to announce the promotion of Sumeet Sodhi to Regional Vice President for British Columbia, effective December 1st, 2025.

With more than 20 years of experience leading sales and operations teams, including over a decade at EB Horsman, Sumeet has played a pivotal role in strengthening our presence across the province. As District Manager for the Lower Mainland, he has led significant growth, built strong customer and supplier relationships, and developed high-performing teams that continue to elevate our service standards. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping a strong and sustainable sales network, supporting branch development, and driving strategic initiatives across the region.

In 2013, Sumeet earned his MBA from Royal Roads University while advancing his career at EB Horsman. His commitment to professional growth is matched by his dedication to the community. He has served as Chairperson of the BCEA and volunteered with organizations such as Big Brothers of Canada, the Surrey Food Bank, and NightShift Street Ministries, reflecting a deep belief in giving back and supporting the communities where we live and work.

In his new role as Regional Vice President, Sumeet will focus on guiding teams, supporting leadership development, strengthening operational performance, and driving long-term strategy across British Columbia. 

Sumeet’s promotion reflects his dedication, experience, and passion for building strong teams and customer partnerships. His leadership will play a key role in supporting EB Horsman’s continued growth and commitment to service excellence across British Columbia.
