We go out of our way to create a workplace where people actually want to come to work every day. By offering company-sponsored events and activities all year round, we make sure that you have fun on the job.
Annually, we use an employee satisfaction survey to gather feedback. In 2015, we experienced a 94% participation rate!
When asked what three things they love most about working for E.B. Horsman & Son, employees selected:

3. Compensation, benefits and rewards. In the survey, 91% of employees indicated they come to work ready to tackle the day with an optimistic, can-do attitude. Working with great people at a great company makes it easy to have a can-do attitude.
Top marks were also achieved in others areas as 89% said they have a positive working relationship with their direct managers and the same percentage acknowledged having fun with co-workers, customers and suppliers. Most employees (88%) work well together to accomplish company and branch/department goals and 87% have a clear understanding of what it means to be a top performer in their positions; meanwhile, 85% would rather continue their careers at E.B. Horsman & Son rather than leave the organization (85%).
