- Open Accubid Anywhere

Go to the Extension screen or procurement area

Select Supplier Xchange or click the “Send to Supplier” link (part of Trimble Trade Services)

Log in using your Trimble credentials if prompted

Search for and select your local servicing EB Horsman & Son branch

Send a request for approval to access pricing. You may need to provide your account number.
- Once approved, E.B. Horsman will appear as "Connected" or "Approved" in your summary screen.
- Upload your BOM to receive pricing, even after hours

Open Accubid Classic,

Go to the Extension screen and click the Send to Supplier Link icon (or select it from the Extension menu).

Inside the Supplier Link window, click the Settings menu and select Suppliers.

Click Add and enter a zip/postal code and a search radius (e.g., 20 miles) to find your local servicing EB Horsman & Son branch

Click Request Distributor (or Request Approval). You may need to provide your account number.
