How Albrite Transformed a Customer’s Outdoor Patio into the Ultimate Entertaining Space

As fall approaches, we had a customer with a vision to transform their outdoor patio into the perfect setting for holiday festivals and outdoor gatherings. At Albrite, we take great pride in helping our customers create inviting and functional outdoor spaces.

We were excited to work with this customer to develop a cozy retreat that would be ideal for year-round enjoyment. Their goal was to blend comfort, warmth, and beautiful lighting, making their patio the perfect spot for both festive celebrations and casual get-togethers. We were thrilled to be part of their journey in achieving this inviting transformation.

Smart Lighting Solutions For Effortless Control

Our customer had a clear vision for their patio: they wanted a space that could transition effortlessly from day to night. Lighting was a key component, and we knew that the Lutron Caseta system would be perfect for their needs.

With Lutron Caseta, they now have the flexibility to adjust their lighting with ease, whether they’re hosting a lively gathering or enjoying a quiet evening alone. The wireless dimming and smart control features allow them to set the perfect ambiance with just a tap on their smartphone. It’s this kind of seamless control that makes a space feel truly personalized.

Keeping Cozy with Bromic Heating

Lighting was just one part of the equation. Our customer also wanted to ensure their patio remained comfortable during the cooler months. We introduced them to the Bromic Platinum Smart-Heat™ electric heaters, which offer both consistent warmth and stylish integration with any outdoor décor. These heaters provide efficient heating while adding a modern touch to the patio. With smart controls, our customers can easily adjust the temperature to match the weather, ensuring the space remains cozy and inviting, even on chilly evenings.

To enhance convenience, we incorporated Bromic’s Smart-Heat Link. This system creates seamless communication between the outdoor heaters and smart home technology, connecting via an RS232 port and integrating with leading home automation systems, including Lutron. Whether using simple On/Off remotes, dimmer controls, or fully integrated smart home solutions, the Smart-Heat Link allows our customers to effortlessly adjust the temperature, ensuring the space remains cozy and inviting, even on chilly evenings.

Elevating Outdoor Ambiance with Kichler Lighting Solutions

To complete the transformation of our customer’s patio, we incorporated Kichler lighting solutions, featuring the LED Retrofit Centennial Brass Deck Light in black and the LED Retrofit Centennial Brass Path Light.

The LED Retrofit Centennial Brass Deck Light boasts a slim profile and provides both upward and downward illumination, ideal for vertical installations on decks, posts, handrails, steps, and outdoor walls. With its LED technology, it delivers long-lasting light, enhancing safety while adding a sleek, modern touch to the patio.

For pathway and garden illumination, we chose the LED Retrofit Centennial Brass Path Light. This fixture is designed to illuminate sidewalks, stone pathways, and lawn areas, while also creating a pool of light that highlights boulders and low-growing plant beds. The eight-inch domed path light features customizable color temperature (CCT), wattage, and lumen output based on your LED bulb selection. It’s compatible with T5 wedge Professional and Contractor Series LED lamps, ensuring easy installation and versatile lighting options.

Together, these lighting solutions not only enhance the functionality and safety of the outdoor space but also contribute to a stylish and well-lit environment, perfect for any occasion.
