For years EB Horsman fought to separate Horsman from Horseman, a very common misspelling of our company name. People have even mistaken us for a tack shop, not noticing that there was no “E” in Horsman. (Sorry, we don’t have saddle blankets in stock right now.) In recent years, we have decided to embrace the horse as a representation of what we at E.B. Horsman strive to be: trustworthy, adaptable, and enduring, which horses are traditionally known for.
Today, December 13th is National Horse Day, our opportunity to reflect and honour the remarkable economic, historic, and cultural contributions that horses have made throughout history. We strive to be as reliable and robust as a horse; throughout history horses have adapted to serve humans in various roles, E.B. Horsman has always been quick to adapt to the changing needs of industries and customers.
E.B. Horsman’s dedication to offering long-lasting solutions and support is a lot like the endurance of horses. Just as these magnificent animals display stamina, E.B. Horsman showcases a similar commitment to staying power. So, when we celebrate National Horse Day and think about E.B. Horsman’s legacy, the history we have in Canada, and the story we get to tell.
