Who do we sell to?
We are a full line electrical distributor supplying products to electrical contractors, procurement departments, government agencies and companies with ticketed electricians on staff. We also offer sales to the general public at our local branches and through guest checkout on our website.
What locations do we ship to?
We have agreed to restrict our sales to the territories outlined in our Supplier Partner agreements. At this time, we are only authorized to sell to customers with locations in the Canadian provinces and territories of: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon and the Northwest Territories.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, although times may vary according to branch. Visit our Locations page to contact your local branch to confirm their local hours of operation.
I want to shop with E.B. Horsman. How do I start?
If you want a fast and easy one-time purchase, our website supports guest checkout. If you anticipate purchasing from us regularly, we would encourage you to apply for a Cash on Delivery (COD) or Credit Account. COD and Credit Accounts offer exclusive account features that are not available with guest checkout. Once your COD or Credit Account is approved and set up, E.B. Horsman will assign you a unique Customer ID (account number) and all future purchases will be billed and tracked under this account.

I already have an account, but I want to log in and order online. How do I sign up?
If you have an existing Customer ID (account number) with us, you can request access to your online account at https://ebhorsman.com/signup
After you sign up, you will receive an email from us asking to verify your email address. Once you verify, we have an automated request that goes to our customer service team to authorize your access. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email that your account is set up and you are ready to shop!
How do I find my Customer ID account number?
Your Customer ID is a 5 digit account number that can be found on the top left hand corner (above Bill To Address) of any E.B. Horsman invoice previously billed to you.

What are the advantages of signing up for an online account?
When you sign up for an online account you gain access to a ton of great account features including:

How many different shoppers can I sign up under my online account?
If you have an existing Customer ID (account number) with E.B. Horsman & Son, you can set up as many users as you want under your account. All they need to do is go to https://ebhorsman.com/signup which will take them through the standard sign up process. Once approved by a member of our customer service team, they will be able to log in and access all the exclusive features associated with your account.
I am having issues with the website or my online account. Who do I contact for help?

What are the cash sale purchases policies?
- Restocking fees may apply on all returns
- Non-stock item returns must be approved by our vendor prior to refund
- Any fees from the vendor will be charged
- Non-cancelable, non-refundable items, as defined by the manufacturer, cannot be returned
What are the non-account holders’ purchase policies?
- Minimum $50 purchase
- All cash payments are non-refundable
- All customer orders require full payment at time of order entry
I want to request a quote for pricing and/or availability of a product. Who can I contact?
There are multiple ways to request a quote.

- Generate a quote request through our website. Simply add the products you want to your cart and submit Request for Quote at checkout.

How do I contact accounts receivable?
If you have any questions about invoices, payments, or general inquiries around the status of your account you can contact accounts receivable at AR@ebhorsman.com
How do I revoke someone’s access to my account?
If an employee has moved on from your company, or you want to limit who has access to purchase under your account, please contact your local E.B. Horsman customer service representative and let them know. We will remove the user from our system to ensure your account stays up to date and secure.
What's the difference between a COD Account and a Credit Account?
A Cash on Delivery (COD) account requires you to pay for the order up front with cash or credit card. With a credit account, E.B. Horsman bills you monthly. Click here to learn more about COD and Credit accounts.
What payment methods does E.B. Horsman & Son accept?
We accept Visa, M/C, EFT/direct deposit, Online Bank Payments, e-transfers, and cheques. American Express (Amex) is currently not part of E.B. Horsman & Son’s offering.
I have signed up for online ordering but I sill can't log in.
After you sign up, you will receive an email from websupport@ebhorsman.com to verify your email. Your account will not be approved without this step. If you haven’t received an email, please check your junk or spam folder, or contact websupport@ebhorsman.com.
Once you verify, your request for online access is sent to our customer service staff to ensure only authorized users have access to your company's online account. This process may take up to 1 business day. If you need access immediately, please contact your account manager or websupport@ebhorsman.com. When your account is set up, you will receive an email letting you know that you can set up your password and login.
Can I have access to multiple Customer ID accounts with E.B. Horsman & Son?
By default, shoppers only have access to the Customer ID they register with. If you would like to link more accounts to your online account, please contact websupport@ebhorsman.com.
