To access our online store, you must have an approved credit or COD account with us. Your customer ID number can be found on the top left corner of a previous invoice or in the account approval email sent to you from E.B. Horsman & Son. All you need is:

If you do not have an account with us please email or fax the application below to our AR department and we will set you up as quickly as we can so that you can start ordering. When you receive confirmation of your approved account and account number, you will be able to register to our online portal.

Please note: We have agreed to restrict our sales to the territories outlined in our Supplier Partner agreements. At this time we are authorized to sell to customers with locations in the Canadian provinces and territories of: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon and the Northwest Territories.

Verify your email

Once registered, you will receive a verification email. If you do not receive an email from websupport@ebhorsman.com please check your junk or spam folder, and then email feedback@ebhorsman.com.

Receive E.B. Horsman & Son Authorization Email

Once you verify your email, your access request is sent to your E.B. Horsman & Son account manager or branch. Our staff verify your email address and credentials to ensure that only approved users have access to your company account. Once your access is approved, you will receive an “Account Authorized” email from websupport@ebhorsman.com.

If you haven’t received your authorization email and it has been more than two days, please check your spam and contact your account manager or branch.
