Our Richmond branch opened its doors on February 25, 1975. On June 27, 2011, the branch relocated to its current location, 12360 Vickers Way, continuing its commitment to supporting customers in the area. Under the leadership of Area Manager Shane Smith, a team of 11 dedicated employees delivers top-tier solutions to meet the diverse needs our customers.
Our Richmond team is committed to delivering a high level of service that consistently meets and exceeds customer expectations, ensuring every interaction is marked by expertise, respect, and care. Traditionally focused on serving industrial clients, the Richmond branch has achieved significant progress in expanding its reach within the commercial sector. Community Involvement
Our Richmond branch is committed to giving back to the community through meaningful efforts, no matter how small. Recently, they supported two important initiatives:
- Raising funds for BC Children’s Hospital through fundraising: Supporting the health and well-being of children is a cause close to our hearts. While the funds raised may not have been monumental, we are proud to contribute to the vital work of BC Children’s Hospital.
- Gathering winter clothing for the people experiencing homelessness: Understanding the struggles of those without shelter, we organized a clothing drive to collect warm winter wear for the individuals experiencing homelessness. This initiative aims to ensure that everyone in our community stays warm and cared for during the colder months.
The Richmond branch has hosted chili cook-offs and Jeans Day BBQs to raise funds for the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation, demonstrating its commitment to the community. These efforts inspire the branch to set higher goals and increase its involvement, with the belief that every small step helps strengthen the community.
To express customer appreciation, our Richmond branch has organized initiatives such as food truck events and counter days, offering a space for engagement and product education.
