Whether you phone, email, text, or order online, all orders are processed and fulfilled at the location that is most convenient to you.
Your chosen location will contact you once your order is placed to confirm receipt, make recommendations, and provide you with an ETA.

Order Ready For Pickup
Once your order is ready, the E.B. Horsman location will contact you with instructions on their curbside procedure.
Please note: Curbside procedures may vary depending on location and order size.
When You Arrive:
- Park your vehicle at the branch
- Contact your branch customer service rep and notify them that you are there for a pick up
- An EBH staff member will bring your order outside
- To ensure social distancing, please keep 2 meters between yourself and our staff member.
Delivery Option
Ask us about delivery to your job site! Our branches have a variety of preferred carriers that continue to provide service at this time and have safety measures to ensure social distancing.
